*Copies of prescriptions can be picked up during our open hours or, if you are a current patient, you can have access to a digital copy if you sign up for the patient portal.

Beginning on 4/1/23, we will be making face masks optional for staff and patients. As always, we ask anyone who is showing signs of illness (cough, fever, sore throat, etc.) to reschedule their appointment. We will continue to have face masks in the office for those who wish to have one.
